Tbilisi (GBC) – An introductory meeting, organized by the Resorts Development Agency of the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia was held with the representatives of the resort industry. The director of the agency, Aleksandre Onoprishvili, informed the invited guests about the activities of the agency and the projects planned for the effective development of the industry.

"Our priority is to actively cooperate with each representative of the resort sector and implement complex measures to promote the development of the sector, attract investments and popularize Georgian resorts," Onoprishvili said.

The meeting was attended by representatives of industry associations, hotels and tourist facilities, who had the opportunity to discuss current issues in question-and-answer mode.

It was noted that the cooperation between the agency and the representatives of the sector will continue actively.

Resorts Development Agency, the LEPL  of the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia was established on July 15, 2022, at the initiative of the Prime Minister of Georgia.
