Tbilisi (GBC) - According to preliminary data from the National Statistics Office (GeoStat), Georgia’s foreign trade in goods (excluding undeclared trade) for the period January to September 2025 reached USD 18,545.0 million, marking a 9.1 per cent increase compared to the same period last year.

Of this total, exports reached USD 5,151.3 million, representing a 7.7% rise. Imports amounted to USD 13,393.6 million, a 9.7% increase.

The trade deficit for January to September 2025 was USD 8,242.3 million, 44.4% of the total foreign trade turnover.
