In the secondary market, the weighted average price across the city increased by 9.4%.

In October 2025, the weighted average selling price of old apartments in Tbilisi increased by 13.8% compared to October 2024, with an increase of 9.8% in the suburbs, 8.7% in the wider center, and 9.7% in the city center.

In addition, the number of residential apartment transactions in Tbilisi in October 2025 amounted to 4,178 units, an increase of 9% compared to October of the previous year. The market size increased by 25.2% to $336 million.
