· Development Bank of the Council of Europe - 3 tenders of 52.3 million GEL;
· Asian Development Bank - 2 tenders of 13.4 million GEL;
· Nordic Environment Finance Corporation - 1 tender of 193.5 thousand GEL.
. According to the purchasing organizations, the funds were distributed as follows:
Municipal Development Fund of Georgia - 22 tenders of 158.8 million GEL;
· Open Net - 2 tenders of 13.2 million GEL;
· State Electricity System of Georgia - 1 tender for 10.6 million GEL;
· National Public Registry Agency - 1 tender of 1.4 million GEL;
· Produce a private company in Georgia - 3 tenders of 1.2 million GEL;
· United Water Supply Company of Georgia - 1 tender of 679.7 thousand GEL;
· Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia - 3 tenders of 338.1 thousand GEL;
· Ministry of Environment Protection and Agriculture of Georgia - 1 tender of 320.8 thousand GEL.
· In 2023, the total amount of announced state purchases decreased by 6.2% to 10.5 billion GEL.
