Tbilisi (GBC) – TBC Bank has introduced the first generative AI chatbot in Georgia.
The project was developed through close collaboration between the bank’s AI, digital development, and business operations teams.
The resulting tool meets international standards while also being tailored to the specifics of the Georgian market. The generative AI technology enables the chatbot to analyze customer inquiries and provide detailed responses on a wide range of financial topics. Its functionality is continuously expanding, turning it into a true AI assistant for customers.
